Bringing more than three decades of experience as a restaurateur around the region, coupled with his background in Haute French cuisine and Asian culinary culture, Singapore’s very own Chef Justin Quek in partnership with anynightIN, now invites guests for a once-in-a-lifetime experience to have a gastronomic meal at his home. Chef Justin welcomes you home… Redefining the Singaporean gastronomic experience, Justin at Home Experience brings bespoken classics straight from the hands of Singapore’s Chef Justin Quek. Having honed a refined palate and exceptional culinary skills, Quek – who has more than 35 years’ experience serving dignitaries all around the world – is well-poised to elevate the Singaporean dining experience to a new level. A bespoke 4-hour experience, Chef Justin welcomes parties of up to five guests to his cosy shophouse home, where he will regale you with stories, share cooking secrets, and prepare before your eyes a meal which you will never forget. Afterward, retire to his terrace for petit fours and after-dinner refreshments. Optionally guests can also raid Chef Justin’s signature wine collection to be enjoyed during the experience, through a curated wine pairing. When asked why Chef Justin decided to offer this experience and why hospitality needs to start thinking outside the box; “More and more people are looking for a truly personalised experience; they also want something that is memorable and can be shared. I envisioned creating such an experience and found that the best possible avenue was to open my home and welcome guests as if they were my old friends, offering them the best I have, to create such memorable moments.” PLEASE NOTE: Guests to Justin at Home Experience should plan to book at least seven days in advance. Availability is also subject to Chef Justin’s schedule. Max 5 persons per booking. (In accordance with current Covid 19 Home Restrictions) Justin at Home Experience Available on Sundays only, with a minimum of 7 days advance booking 4 Hour, 6-8 course tasting menu cooked by Justin Quek, includes a welcome glass of champagne or a wine pairing option. It will be a gastronomic French Asian flavours experience featuring some of JQ's classic, seasonal European products and experimental dishes Chef Justin is testing for his future offerings.
