Elsa van der Nest is dynamo in the food world and a hugely successful international consultant and educator. Born in South Africa where her culinary career began. Today she is an award-winning restauranteur, consultant and author and a respected culinary personality who has worked with many luminaries and celebrities in the highly competitive world of food. She has also been appointed to cater or privately cook for individuals, charitable organizations and corporations around the world including Nelson Mandela, The Queen Mother, Golfing legend Ernie Els, luxury & lifestyle brands and the recent film set of Crazy Rich Asians.

Over the years she has shone at both private appointments from State Dinner in Honour of President Bill Clinton by President Mandela, and as the author of ‘Feast Of Flavours From The French And Italian Kitchens' and 'Simply Entertaining'. In addition, Elsa has made many appearances on television and radio. Widely known for catering for many of the international greats in conjunction with Adagio Events from Rolls Royce and Mercedes to Diane von Furstenburg, Victoria Beckham, Louis Vuitton, and many other world-famous luminaries.
