Ethan started his career in the kitchen, cooking up both Asian & European cuisines back in 1991, diving into the bar scene in 1996. Since then, he has been focused on development in F&B industry.

The passionate Ethan represented Singapore for the “International Flair Competition 1997” in Birmingham, U.K. Triple happiness came one year later where Ethan emerged champion and was awarded ‘Best Newcomer’ in the Europa Challenge, in addition to that, he claimed the title of ‘Bartender of the Year’ in 1998.

Ethan was invited to showcase his flair mixology skills at the Grand Opening of Saltimbanco – Cirque Du Soleil in 2000 during his stay with China Jump Singapore. Always striving to improve and upgrade himself, Ethan graduated from SHATEC with a certificate in bar management in 2001 after which took up positions such as bar manager of The Liquid Room, Operations Manager in Centro 360 and General Manager of Club Happy from 2002-2006.

Ethan is a driven professional with an infectious personality who has created amazing cocktails all over the world for over two decades. His ability to articulate his methods has made him a popular a teacher and his cocktail masterclass will have you perfecting your favourite drinks, while having great fun along the way.

You can choose to book a virtual class (if you have a minimum of 8 pax to get involved) or invite Ethan to you house where (due to current Covid restrictions) you can have five guests. Minimum pax for this booking is five people.
